Here is how I see the measurements going for this mod:

For reference the air gap for the cps is .2 - .4mm gap.

1 option to do this mod:
Driveshaft yoke steps up to 40mm on hangar side, machine rotor out to 40.3mm to allow easy sliding and spot weld on.

Cut rotor long side to within 1mm from rotor teeth

Max length for sensor rotor allowing for driveshaft play is 18mm, you can either get it machined for inside diameter to the 40.3mm for spot welding or undersized slightly for press fit onto the driveshaft yoke where the old dust cover pressed on.

Spot weld rotor onto driveshaft yoke, next will be the dust cover. I shall post back with more measurements as I do this.
